Real Balenciaga shoes are sold online at prices ranging from $700 to $1,000. The price for legitimate Air Jordans ranges from $100 to $1,000.

"Counterfeit brand-name shoes is a multi-million dollar criminal industry that preys on consumers looking for deals," CBP Vicksburg/Jackson Port Director Michael Morris said in a statement. “It’s best to keep in mind that if a product seems too good for the price, it may not be legitimate.”

Days earlier, CBP said it seized more than $2.2 million worth of counterfeit shoes in Los Angeles.
