    Make ‘em Smile

    June 1 | 7:30am - 1pm

    Lake Eola Park 

    Make ‘m Smile is the BIGGEST party celebrating kids with special needs…our VIPs! This annual community festival is the first Saturday of June in Downtown Orlando for kids and adults with all types of special needs and their families! In 2018, Make ‘m Smile hosted 45,000+ participants, including 3,000 VIPs! 

    The event features theme park characters, live animals, bounce houses, water play, crafts, family activities, games, food, live music, over 100 resource exhibitors that serve the special needs community, & more!

    Hurricane Preparedness & Hail Storm Recovery Expo

    Are you ready for the 2019 Hurricane Season?

    The HURRICANE EXPO 2019 on Saturday June 1, 2019 at Melbourne Square, between Dillard’s and Melbourne Square Center Fountain and spread out to locations on each side of the Center Fountain. 

    Tom Terry, the Chief Meteorologist at WFTV/WRDQ, will make an appearance from 11:30am – 12:30pm!

    Silver Spurs Rodeo

    May 31 & June 1

    Osceola Heritage Park 

    The 143rd Silver Spurs Rodeo will be hosting their summer evening rodeos at Osceola Heritage Park’s Silver Spurs Arena on May 31st and June 1st.

    During the two day event fans will be treated to seven of rodeo’s traditional events: bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, women’s barrel racing, steer wrestling and team roping. 

    Unique to the June rodeo are the junior barrel racing and junior bull riding events, starring teenagers crazy enough to start their rodeo careers at Silver Spurs Arena!
