ORLANDO, Fla. - Join Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer at Lake Eola Park on July 4 for the 42nd annual Fireworks at the Fountain. Festivities will begin at 4 pm and include a kids play area, live music, and food and beverages available for purchase. The evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks display in celebration of our nation’s freedom.

Portions of the event, including the fireworks finale, will be broadcast on WKMG News 6.

Are you active duty or a veteran of the United States military? If so, stop by the Sprint Military Appreciation Area at this year’s Fireworks at the Fountain for a custom and covered fireworks viewing area, with private restroom and catering.

All you need is an official form of military I.D. to get in with up to three guests. Thank you for your service!

Several streets around Lake Eola Park will be affected for Fireworks at the Fountain.

Robinson Street from Rosalind Avenue to Summerlin Avenue (closed 7 a.m. – midnight)
Eola Drive from Robinson Street to Washington Street (closed 7 a.m. – midnight)
Central Boulevard from Rosalind Avenue to Eola Drive (closed 2 p.m. – midnight)
Rosalind Avenue from South Street to Robinson Street (closed 2 p.m. – midnight)

Visitors are encouraged to use alternative methods of transportation to attend the event, including walking, cycling, ride share services, and carpooling. Downtown residents and those parking at garage other than the Administration Garage or Library Garage are encouraged to use the free LYMMO circulator.

We recommend using parking garages to the west of Orange Avenue which is less than a 1-mile walk to Lake Eola Park.

Handicap parking is available on Rosalind Avenue between Jackson Street and Central Boulevard.

To park, you will need to approach the road closure and show the police officer your handicapped designation for parking.
