• Uniquely-themed food items highlight Volcano Bay menu

Universal Orlando’s brand new Volcano Bay water park is definitely all about water slides and splashing around, but it is also very much about the food.

From the familiar to the adventurous, the menu at Universal Orlando’s Volcano Bay water park has something that is sure to please the palates of almost any hungry park goer.

Guests can choose to either maximize their water slide ride time with a variety of grab-and-go items, or they sit down and enjoy a satisfying and relaxing meal.  The grab-and-go items include sushi rolls, tropical fruit salad, arugula salad and tropical chicken salad to name a few.

For heartier fare, guests can dine on items such as the Quinoa Edamame Burger, Hawaiian Pizza (shaped like a surfboard), barbecued pork sandwich, barbecue chicken platter, rib platter or a combination platter.

For those who are really hungry, you can tackle one seriously big hot dog covered in a unique pineapple and bacon salsa and served on a pretzel roll. Other entrée meal items include a Mahi sandwich, and a chicken or shrimp curry bowl.

And, of course, a day at the water park would not be complete without desert.  Guests can satisfy their sweet tooth with the chocolate pineapple upside down cake, chocolate volcano cake, and guava or tapioca puddings.

Another menu item unique to Volcano Bay is a fruity beverage called Pog, which is a thirst-quenching blend of passion fruit, orange and guava juices. The Volcano Bay locals refer to Pog as this park’s answer to Butterbeer at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
