ORLANDO, Fla. - You may be familiar with the incredible acrobats on stage at Cirque Du Soleil’s La Nouba, now playing at Disney Springs. This Monday, two of La Nouba's performers will fly out to LA to perform live on a special Cirque themed episode of Dancing with the Stars.

One of the acts you will see during Monday's show is Aerial Bamboo, a newer addition to the La Nouba line up. An art form originating in China, Aerial Bamboo involves a pole-shaped apparatus suspended from the ceiling, with attached loops used for a variety of tricks and stunts. Originally, the pole was made of bamboo, giving the craft its name, but is now made of stainless steel.

The performers, married couple Ekaterina and Alexander Abramov, are excited to bring their bold tricks and dizzying choreography to television for the first time.

In addition to La Nouba, the couples on Dancing with the Stars will be performing alongside other Cirque du Soleil shows such as KÀ, Zumanity, KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities, PARAMOUR and more.

To see all of these stunts and others, be sure to tune in to Dancing With the Stars Monday night at 8 pm on WFTV- Channel 9.
