SeaWorld discusses new attractions at IAAPA expo

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - SeaWorld discussed several new attractions Tuesday at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions' attractions expo.

The annual trade show began Tuesday at the Orange County Convention Center.

Company officials discussed the new Infinity Falls river rapids ride, which will feature the world’s tallest drop for a river raft ride.

It will open in the summer in the space once occupied by the Anheuser-Busch Clydesdale Hamlet.

The company also discussed its new "Sesame Street"-themed land, which will open at SeaWorld Orlando by fall 2022.

The new 5-acre land will include an overhaul of Shamu’s Happy Harbor, a play area behind Shamu Stadium that features children’s rides and a net climb.

Ray Rush, a 60-foot-tall family raft slide, will open at Aquatica Orlando in the spring.
